Spam Policy

Updated on: 03.11.2026

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to communications sent by AI, TELL ME! ("we", "us", or "our") and anyone acting on our behalf. It covers the promotion of aipleasetellme.com, our AI search monitoring platform, and our services.

1. Our policy

AI, TELL ME! prohibits advertising aipleasetellme.com or our services through unsolicited email or other unsolicited electronic messages.

This rule applies to employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and third parties acting on our behalf. Using another sender address, domain, or service does not create an exception to this policy.

2. Communications we send

Our business correspondence includes:

  • responses to inquiries submitted through our website or other communication channels;

  • information, proposals, reports, and materials requested by recipients;

  • communications needed to provide monitoring, trials, audits, workshops, consultations, and other agreed services;

  • account, billing, security, and support messages;

  • marketing updates and event invitations sent with the recipient's permission.

Requesting a service or contacting us does not automatically subscribe someone to unrelated marketing communications.

3. Permission to send marketing messages

Marketing messages must be sent only to recipients who have given clear permission to receive the relevant communications from AI, TELL ME!.

Permission must relate to the purpose and type of messages being sent. We require records sufficient to show when and how that permission was obtained.

An email address being publicly available, appearing on a business card, or belonging to a LinkedIn connection does not by itself constitute permission to receive marketing emails. Following a conversation on LinkedIn or another professional channel, email follow-ups must remain within what the recipient requested or agreed to receive.

Purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party contact lists must not be used to promote our website or services without documented permission from the recipients to receive those messages from us.

4. Sender identification

Our messages must identify AI, TELL ME! and use accurate sender details and subject lines. They must not disguise their origin or misrepresent an existing relationship with the recipient.

Marketing messages must include valid contact information and a clear way to request that further marketing communications stop.

5. Unsubscribing

You can stop marketing communications by using the unsubscribe option provided in a message, replying to the sender, or contacting hey@aipleasetellme.com.

Requests must be processed promptly and without charge. No account login or explanation is required. Suppression records must be maintained so that recipients who opt out are not added back to marketing lists without renewed permission.

An unsubscribe request does not prevent essential account, security, billing, or service communications where these remain necessary.

6. Third parties and enforcement

Anyone sending communications on our behalf must follow this policy, respect unsubscribe requests, and provide evidence of recipient permission when requested.

We may suspend sending activity or end an arrangement with a third party that violates this policy. Our website, platform, and services must not be used to create, distribute, or facilitate spam.

7. Reporting unwanted messages

If you receive a message promoting aipleasetellme.com that you believe violates this policy, contact hey@aipleasetellme.com.

Please include the sender address, date, subject, and, where available, the original message or full headers. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including stopping further marketing messages to your address.

For information about how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. Use of our website and services is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
